After your stay at our hotel, your information is collected and stored locally at the hotel and subsequently transferred to a centralized database. This facilitates the analysis of aggregate trends done for the purpose of hotel management, such as planning new hotels, evaluating services offered, guest preferences and use in advertising campaigns. Furthermore, we value our customers and may use records of your stay to send communications, such as guest evaluation surveys or promotional offers and benefits, by post or email. You may opt out of these communications by pointing this out in the guest log during your stay or by contacting our reservations/commercial department. We may contact you regarding your satisfaction during your stay, but we will not send you promotional communications or special offers unless we have your consent. We do not collect data from children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, ask your parents or guardians for help.
